"Crepes de Sela" Restaurant has been totally restructured and refurbished, waiting for you to discover all that we offer.

The name of our house is a tribute to the magnificient dolomites cliffs of “Sella Group”, that in ladin, our local language, are called “Crepes de Sela”. Indeed Sella / Pordoi Group raises majestic at a blink of an eye from the restaurant and as on a postcard, it seems to be reachable with your hands.

The building, already a Debertol family property in the 30's, arises from an ancient "Ciajàa", a mountain habitation where herdsmen lived in pasture periods; it has been restructured from hotelier Tita de Tofi Debertol, one tourism pioneer in Fassa valley.

It was the 1952, then his daughter Giovanna Debertol carefully preserved the building, converting it in 2007 in a cozy typical restaurant, together with her husband Angelo and their sons.

The whole family is involved in this activity: Giovanna cares about all the details, while to cordially welcome you, there'll be the sons, Fulvio and Jimmy, that after a long and blessed career as paragliding instructors and champions, now wholeheartedly joined this new activity.

A special mention to Angelo Pacher, husband of Giovanna, who leads with great skills the kitchen; after years of experience as hotel chef leaded by grandma Maria, and an endless love for cooking, deepen during a long period spent in Tuscany, where he managed an important winery, Angelo lavish all of his capacities to enhance to the highest degree the traditional cuisine, in particular in game, in which he's considered an authority.

To help the job away, two new members enjoyed the team: Rebecca, Fulvio's wife, taking care of home-made cakes, and their daughter, little Aisha, restaurant's mascotte, that with her candour endears everyone.
